[add-on] CraftsmanCapitol™ Premium Carbon Steel Rivet Nuts

I already had the tool but no incerts. So I thought I ordered 2 boxes of incerts but recieved 1 tool and 1 box of incerts. I would like to send back the tool to exchange for more incerts. By the way it works good

I will probably not purchase from this site again. After ordering I started receiving odd texts emails and phone calls. Other then this one time I don't give my number out there because I use it for work. I was not getting these kind of texts and calls before this .

We put 3 rivets in a plastic air box, the tool works great and is very easy to use.

Haven't gotten to use them yet, but the nuts are heavy and well formed. Have several projects lined up for them.

Love the tool I just felt it should have came with a decent carrying case for the money spent. But hey it doesn't take away from the quality of the product

I haven't used the tool as yet, One thing I see right off is you could label the box's of rivets metric, or not. Other then that the tool looks great !!!

I am excited because i am going to be working on my boat and i need to rivet aluminum plates in position for anchoring seats.

Tool appears to be good, have not used it as of yet. Instruction are not user friendly, took a long time to get the tool, instructions should be a lot better..

I ordered this product with the premium Rivet Tool. I loved the idea and concept. The problem... the premium Rivet Tool didn't come with the multi-tool necessary to make adjustments for proper Rivet installation. Now I must carry a wrench set that does not work as well as the multi-tool that should have come with my order as pictured. The company does not seem capable of correcting the issue. I've been communicating with them for almost two months with no luck. Craftsman Capitol states they can't get a multi-tool... why not? They could have ordered a whole new Rivet Tool and removed the multi-tool but apparently that's not possible because Craftsman Capitol is merely a distributor of the tool. Good luck trying to contact a person... you'll be dealing with them strictly via email. I could make better use of the equipment if I had everything pictured, ordered and paid for. They did give me a 10% discount but that doesn't replace the multi-tool or buy you a wrench set. I would recommend shipping elsewhere if customer service is important and there is a decent chance you'll experience a problem based on the larger than normal below average reviews for missing items and poor customer service. This issue wasn't completely unexpected based on what I read...I took a chance that I'd receive everything and lost. Maybe you'll get lucky!

The tool worked great, better than I expected

I just recently received my order and have not been able to put it to use yet. so, stay tuned. the products, rivot tool and both metric and sae rivet nuts came as shown and in nice organizer plastic boxes. An improvement is, it would have been nice to have i.d. card to show what size nuts are in each compartment.

Haven't really used it yet...tool and all that came with it looks great...got a project coming up...until then.

Just got it , haven't had a chance to use it yet !!

Washer had a dent in it that made the drum hit it when in spin cycle. Used the rivet tool and was able to pull out dent. Nice and quiet now.

Once I revived the tool I put it right to work. All as advertised. I recommend this tool.

As with the installation tool, I have yet to use these thread inserts but will do so when need arises. They appear to be of good quality and I've no doubt they will work fine for me.

It was a small job but I was exceptionally pleased with the results. I had to mount a relay on a tray under the seat on my ATV. They had supplied sheet metal screws but they weren't very strong and to get under it to use a nut and bolt it would have taken a lot of disassembly work. The rivet gun did exactly what I needed plus if I ever have to remove it I won't have any trouble. GREAT tool. I do have a question, can I get additional adapters for the gun. I have rivets for 8-32 and 6-32 that I'd like to be able to use in the future. Let me know if it is possible to acquire them. Thanks Joe Kane

The riveting tool is great. The only thing wrong is the plastic cases were cracked and broken when I opened the packaging.

Each size of thread needs to be available individually not just in a kit.

Could have gotten it cheaper on wish.

A good selection of steel inserts. Ordering more of different sizes & materials for my repair kit....

My only complaint is the containers the inserts are in,do not have marking as to the size of the insert.The tool worked perfect the couple of times I used it.

Poor packing. Parts came mixed up and without dividers like shown . Spent a lot of time organizing everything. Couldn't organize this pack due to lack of dividers in case. Overall product worked as intended.

This is the perfect setup when a backup washer and nut are not an option. Add to that, unlike rivets, you have the option to install and remove what ever it is you have attached by just unscrewing the bolts. It's a great tool and concept.

Right nuts have come in good shape still waiting on the tool to apply have paid for it. The nuts do me no good if I can't have the tool to install them. Great idea just hope the tool shows up

The tools is great but dealing with your company is not. Will not rebuy anything from you. Your shipping practices are rediculous. Never had a company take so long and provide basically zero information as to where your package is. Saw same item at Northern tool but was to late i jade already gave you my money. Don’t care if they charge more. Will never go through your BSagain and I doubt you will ever change ...You asked for it and you got it.

The product is great, shipping slow, I needed to talk to someone over the phone, I was wondering where my order was, but could not reach anyone over the telephone! Seems like a high tech company but not any way to talk to anyone, in person over the phone.

They look like good quality but I haven't had a chance to use them as I ordered a tool to attach them but it hasn't arrived, I now have 6 containers of rivet nuts and I only wanted 1. Don't know how I could get so many and no tools to install, one order was supposed to be a combo!@

We just put these on for covers on our press and they seem to work great. I would like to be able to order just certain sizes without ordering a whole box of different sizes. I have an email to the company to see if this can be done.

Received from shipper, package was has published, in a clear plastic box, have not used it yet so unable to review. Received two boxes, appears to be a great idea to adding a fastener to a project.

Haven't had the chance to actually use it but played with it and I think it's going to be a nice tool in my tool box and when I get to restoring my Camaro it will come in handy

Great tool , did the job I needed it for.

The only complaint I have is, the sizes aren't marked. I had to refer to the mandrel/nose bridge kits to figure out what they were, then used a Sharpie to label the box lid.

Two weeks is a long time for delivery. This morning I got an ad from Amazon for the same thing with a case, two day shipping and $30 less. Yours did not have a case.
