Very heavy duty, most likely much heavier that the others made in Chinah. They are more expensive than the cheepos, but beware the others, got screwed by Chinah when they only sent me nuts for the price of a kit. This kit also has both SAE and metric sizes. Cool.

It would be great if you would send the 4 SAE mandrels so I could use the box of SAE rivet nuts I bought with it. I have 2 projects awaiting Their use. I have no doubt they will work fine. Just need the rest of my order.

Seems well made. I am a bit disappointed that the add says it comes with all the thread dyes. However, it came with none of the standard dyes. I bought this and all the standard thread inserts. Now I cant contact the company to get this resolved. The tool is great, the inserts are quality, but I cant use it until I get this resolved.

The only thing it to long to used in tight space I used it to replace self tapping screw in my 1964 Fairlane metal was little to thin for Bottom Radiator mount but I got it done had get as tight then used bolt an washer to finish

Tool SEEMS ok, will know more after it’s used. A little disappointed in your ad It’s JUST A BIT misleading, fooling us into thinking the metric & inch nut assortment came WITH the tool. I paid extra for & received only the inch nuts. The ad also clearly shows a carrier case with. No such case arrived eightor. Also the ad for the P. D. R. Slide hammer shows the glue tabs in ad. Bet ya tool sold WITHOUT glue tabs. That’s ok , already own all the P. D. R. tools I’ll ever need. Not sure I’ll be needing anything else from you again.

When I purchased the set, there was no information as to whether or not it came with a wrench for the fittings, so I purchased one separately only to find out that a wrench was already included. I wasted my $$$ on buying a 2nd wrench...not too happy about that...you guys really should update your description of the item to say that the wrench is included.

Ordered the tool... missing the multi-tool. Company can't get just a multi-tool and can't take one from another set to replace mine... not sure why? They are a distributer not the manufacturer. If there are problems your stuck dealing with a middleman with limited power to fix your issue. Very disappointed. My issue was a simple fix and they offered me a 10% discount ($8-$9) but that doesn't replace the multi-tool necessary for making adjustments for proper Rivet installation. There are work arounds but I shouldn't have to use them...I purchased a new tool.

It is still in the box, I ordered a similar tool from another vendor who was not only cheaper but much faster in delivery. For this reason I wish to return item for a full refund. I understand I must pay shipping. But I stressed that I needed it ASAP and when delivery date was not accepted I ordered a simulare tool at less money and much faster delivery.

The instructions are hard to understand and the tool isn't set for using the standard pieces. Be helpful if one side is marked standard and other side metric.

Used it once so far seems pretty easy. Could use better instructions. It does not tell you how far the screw in the insert an squeeze the handles till it releases.

Everything arrived in pretty good condition. The box holding the threaded rivets was damaged (no problem), and the shipping was delayed (no fault of the shipper).

Overall very cheap quality, definitely not worth 115.00 they charge for it. Can get better quality off amazon for half the price and it comes with a case to store all the tips with to tool to lessen the chance of losing pieces

Works great but took forever to receive item. I understand this is a trying time but company's excuse was lack of product on hand. You should make people aware of this before they make a purchase. When you say it's in stock and it's not that's a problem. Kudos on your customer service. Almost instant and they stayed on top of the issue till the end. .

The tool seems to be very well-made. As one person said, the instructions are incredibly difficult to decipher. They are written in broken English, apparently by the Chinese. I ordered both the rivet nuts in metric and SAE, and figured that they would be shipped together as they were on one order. I received the metric zinc colored set Of rivetNuts, but have not yet received the SAE set. Those Are the ones I need now. Other than that, I am very pleased. Alan Thorner.

Tool is good but the shipping from the manufacture is HORRIBLE. If I can find the connectors somewhere else i heard Northern tool I will go there rather then deal with thi group again. Just tell the truth in shilling at least tell us not to expect it any time soon but this ships usually in a few days is crazy false.

Used the 1/4-20 on the firewall of my Jeep to mount a battery tray! It worked great! The directions could be better, but if you have any mechanical knowledge, its easy to figure out!
