We will accept return & offer refund your money if you are not satisfied with your order due to company's fault on our products within 14 days upon receipt of your order. This is to ensure to provide risk-free shopping experience and make sure that the offer is not taken advantage of.

Return:

We would require information in processing your returns this is to make sure that it's done efficiently and in a timely manner. Just simply contact us for details on the return process.

We advise making sure that the goods received are properly taken care of as we will deduct an amount from the refund that will be issued if proven that there is poor handling of the products on your end.

Return postage cost is handled by you as it's the customer's responsibility to return the item to us within 14 days of notice of cancellation. If there is a need to return large or heavy items, you can contact us for information.

Make sure that your return is well packaged and either in a box or wrapped in plastic and that our return address is clearly visible on the outside of the package. Do not stick labels directly on product packaging and please avoid putting sticky tape on boxes.

To make sure that shipments are received we recommend shipping the items back with signature confirmation as we will not assume responsibility for missing shipments.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item

In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 30 days (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will resend your order or refunds 100% money.

Upon approval of the refund, it will then be credited back to whatever funding source you have used for the said transaction such as your credit card or PayPal account. As for the timeframe on when it should post, it will depend on your bank/card issuer's policies.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We assure you that on our end, we send out refunds immediately. As for the timeframe on when it should post on your card/bank statement, it will depend on your bank/card issuer's policies. As such, we would suggest contacting them for a specific timeframe on when you should expect it.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver (purchaser) and he will find out about your return.
